Tryon Marine In Maneuvers Camp Lejeune, N. C.—Marine Cpl. Cary L. Page Jr., 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cary L. Page of Tryon is participating in an ex tensive Marine Corps ti'aining ex ercise in the Caribbean area. The operation, designed as Lant Traex III, is being conducted on several islands of Puerto Rico. Page is serving as rifleman dur ing the current maneuvers. He is a member of 1st Battalion, Sixth Marines, an infantry regiment of the Second Marine Division.
